MORAVIA JOINT FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF RESOLUTION
INITIATING PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Moravia Joint Fire District, Moravia, New York, at a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March 2020, duly adopted a resolution, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum, authorizing the transfer of a maximum of $111,500.00 from the Fire District Capitol Reserve Account to the Moravia Joint Fire District General Fund to pay for the 2020 Freightliner FL112 tanker chassis.
